Order from wherever you are for flowers arranged and delivered locally in Bidarray. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For delivery on the same day in Bidarray, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
If the recipient is staying at Barberaenea, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For flowers addressed to a guest at Ostape, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Flowers for a service at Église de l'Assomption are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to Noblia? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Address flowers for someone at Hôtel de ville with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Noblia, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
