A flower order for Cadolive can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For delivery on the same day in Cadolive, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For a recipient whose address is in Lotissement l'Ortolan, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A delivery for École élémentaire Jean Moulin is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle Jean Moulin, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Lazare, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Hôtel de Ville with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For someone in Résidence Saint-Joseph, use that locality name within the delivery address.
A delivery timed for a meal at La Brasserie de Cadolive needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
