Send flowers to someone in Cancale without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. Local landmarks such as Monument aux Morts are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Planning a same-day delivery in Cancale? The ordering deadline is 16:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. If the recipient’s address is in La Ville es Gris, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Sending to Brit Hotel Alghotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hôtel restaurant de la Plage, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check with La Pointe du Grouin before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. The location listed for Brit Hotel Alghotel is Avenue du Général de Gaulle 61; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Collège René Cassin is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Collège Saint-Joseph, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at École maternelle publique Bel Event, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
Flowers for a service at Église Sainte-Jeanne-Jugan are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at Chapelle Notre-Dame du Verger, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Chapelle Notre-Dame du Haut Bout, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Mairie de Cancale, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
An address in Le Verger du Puits should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
A tribute addressed to Cimetière de Cancale should carry the name of the person it is for and the time of the service: a cemetery covers more ground than a single address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Le Bistrot de Cancale, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Hôpital des Prés Bosgers, and address the order to the hospital itself.
When arranging flowers for Hôpital des Prés Bosgers, note its listed address, Rue des Artisans; confirm the appropriate entrance or delivery point with the hospital before using this address for flowers.
