You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Eterville. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. Address details for Clos du Château should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a delivery to a teacher at Groupe scolaire Marguerite Montagne, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Église Saint-Jean-Baptiste, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address flowers for someone at Mairie d'Éterville with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
When the destination is in L'Orée, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
