You’ll pick the city and day on the product
For a recipient in Itxassou, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Itsasuko Agiria are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Itxassou, use the destination’s 16:00 local cutoff. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
If you are sending to a guest of Hôtel Restaurant du Chêne, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Hôtel Restaurant du Fronton, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Txistulari, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. For an order addressed to Hôtel Restaurant du Chêne, the listed location is Elizako bidea 979; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Arrokagarai Ikastola, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at École Primaire Privée Saint-Joseph? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
When a funeral service is held at Église Saint-Fructueux, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Maison de la Communauté - Pôle Errobi should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Hôtel Restaurant du Chêne, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
