You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Lens online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. You can complete payment online using your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Puits n° 1 Sainte-Élisabeth are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. People locate the town by Puits n° 12 bis in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The local ordering deadline for same-day flowers in Lens is 16:00. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. For a recipient whose address is in Cité Saint-Laurent, keep that place name in the address you enter.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Résidence Orfea Lens, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. Check with Hôtel Louvre Lens before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. For flowers addressed to a guest at Hôtel de France, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. For an order addressed to Résidence Orfea Lens, the listed location is Rue Thomas Edison 17; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to École primaire Jean Macé, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Église Saint-Léger, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Église Sainte-Élisabeth are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order addressed to France Travail should identify the organisation and recipient’s department; ask about personal deliveries first.
When the destination is in Cité Scolaire, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
Before sending a tribute to Cimetière Nord de Lens, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bistrot Césarine, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
