Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 16:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Longvic. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. If the destination is in Les Pommiers, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Holiday Inn Dijon Sud, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order. A flower order for someone staying at Kyriad Dijon Sud Longvic should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for greet Hotel Dijon Sud Longvic, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When arranging flowers for Holiday Inn Dijon Sud, note its listed address, Rue de Beauregard 3; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to Collège Roland Dorgeles, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Groupe scolaire Roland Carraz? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Paul-Émile-Victor is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Église Saint-Pierre, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Mairie de Longvic should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Les Rives du Bief.
For a tribute intended for Cimetière de Longvic, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at L'Authentique, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
