You do not need to be in Neydens to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Ibis Styles, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. The address given for Ibis Styles is Route des Envignes 500; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for École primaire publique is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Chapelle Notre-Dame de la Paix, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at St. Lawrence Church of Neydens, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Le jardin de chine, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
