For delivery on the same day in Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, the order needs to be placed before 16:00 local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Where the delivery address includes Les Charretons, retain the locality when filling in the order.
Before ordering for a guest at B&B Hotel Lyon Aéroport Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. Sending to Ibis Budget Lyon L'Isle d’Abeau? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. Check with Formule 1 before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. When arranging flowers for B&B Hotel Lyon Aéroport Saint-Quentin-Fallavier, note its listed address, Rue de Madrid 24; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle Bellevue, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at École maternelle Les Marronniers, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to École primaire Les Moines Groupe 9, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Église Saint-Quentin, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient works at Hôtel de ville, ask about personal flower deliveries and identify the organisation and their department in the address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Aux5, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
