Send your flower order for Saintes online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Colonne de la Liberté is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Order before 16:00 in the destination’s local time for same-day delivery in Saintes. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. When the destination is in Aux Carrières, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
If the recipient is staying at The Originals City - Hôtel des Arènes, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. Sending to hotelF1? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before sending flowers to Cours Saint Joseph, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at L'île aux enfants, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
Flowers for a service at Église Sainte-Colombe are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Cathédrale Saint-Pierre, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Saint-Pallais, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Ibis, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
When the recipient is at Clinique Sur Moreau | Inicea, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
When ordering for a recipient at Hôtel de Ville, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
When entering an address in Bellevue, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If flowers are going to Cimetière Saint-Pallais, check the opening hours for the day of the service and agree a handover point rather than relying on a plot number.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at La Boucherie, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for Clinique Richelieu, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
