A florist in Saulieu handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. For an address in Bellevue, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hôtel de la Poste, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. Check that Hôtel du Lion d'Or can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Collège François Pompon, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for École maternelle is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at École primaire Gambetta? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Basilique Saint-Andoche are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Église Saint-Saturnin, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Hôtel de Bourgogne should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
If the recipient’s address is in Faubourg Saint-Félix, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at La Côte d'Or - Bernard Loiseau, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
