You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Thoiry. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. People locate the town by Aristide Briand in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Thoiry is 16:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
For a guest at Adagio St Genis, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Woods Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
Before sending flowers to École de Musique, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at École maternelle Les Tourterelles, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at École primaire Les Gentianes, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Chapelle Sainte-Marie, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Église Saint-Maurice, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Best Western, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Check whether France Travail accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a tribute intended for Cimetière d'Allemogne, confirm with the cemetery where flowers can be accepted and which entrance or meeting point to use before placing the order; a cemetery name alone does not specify the handover location.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Le Sabai, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
