You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Khidistavi. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Any required building access code should accompany the order. Address details for Elektropikatsia should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a patient at Gori Regional Hospital "Gormedi", ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Public School #5, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Public School #7, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Public School #8? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Church of Giorgoba are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Church of Saint Barbare, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Church of Vanishvilebi, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Intourist should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a recipient at Military Hospital, check with the hospital and ward that flowers are accepted, then use the hospital’s full address.
Before sending to a workplace such as Civil Registry in Gori, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
An address in Kvernaki should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Di Roma, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
