For a recipient in Shemokmedi, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Address details for Kvemo Makvaneti should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Check that Menabde Winery can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Bokhvauri Public School named after Gia Goguadze, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Gaghma Dvabzu Public School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for Kviriketi Public School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Gomi Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Shemokmedi Monastery are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at St. Mariami, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Dzabzu, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Address flowers for someone at Bokhvauri City Hall with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
If the destination is in Zemo Makvaneti, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
