You do not need to be in Hydra to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Bratsera Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Orloff Boutique Hotel, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
For a service at Monastery of Agios Nikolaos, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Profítis Ilías, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Agios Mamas, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When addressing flowers to a guest at Phaedra Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
A delivery timed for a meal at Mandriki needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
