You can send flowers to someone in Konitsa even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. You can write a message for the card without an extra charge, and the wording stays as you entered it. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear. People locate the town by Turbe of Moucheridis in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Konitsa is 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Rodovoli, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Before ordering for a guest at Konitsa, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a service at Panagia, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Agia Varvara, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Agios Nikolaos, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a guest at Grand Hotel Dendro, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
For someone working at Town Hall Konitsa, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at O Platanos, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
