For delivery on the same day in Nea Vrasna, the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The order needs the recipient’s full name, a contact number and the complete destination address, including its street number, postcode and town. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed. When entering an address in Milies, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
Sending to Pansion Electra? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. If you are sending to a guest of Odysssea Studios, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Check that Anna Maria can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Pansion Electra has a listed address of Μακεδονίας; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
Flowers for a service at Orthodox church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Address details for Vrasna Beach should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
A delivery timed for a meal at Nikos Fish Tavern needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
