You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Neapolis. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add the words you want the recipient to read: the card is free and the message is kept unchanged. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Same-day flower delivery in Neapolis has an ordering deadline of 14:00, measured in local time. Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Address details for Panagia should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Tosca Beach Hotel, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers.
Sending flowers to someone at 25th Primary School Kavala? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to 2nd High School of Kavala, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
If the service takes place at Church of Saint Therapon, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Philoxenia, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Kavala Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
For a recipient whose address is in Kalamitsa, keep that place name in the address you enter.
A delivery timed for a meal at Balaouro needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
