A florist in Thessaloníki handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. People locate the town by Arch of Galerius in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination. Giahoudi Haman Turkish Bath is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. If an entry code is needed, include it with the order. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Ksirokrini.
If you are sending to a guest of Capsis Hotel Thessaloniki, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For a guest at Astoria, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. If the recipient is staying at Gatto Perso Luxury Studio Apartments, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. The listed address for Capsis Hotel Thessaloniki is Μοναστηρίου 16; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to 2nd Junior Highschool of eukarpia, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Seirios School of Music, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Sending flowers to someone at 50th Primary School of Thessaloniki? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Hagia Sophia, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. Flowers for a service at Agia Ekaterini are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Church of the Acheiropoietos, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for a recipient at AHEPA University Hospital needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance.
When ordering for a recipient at A' Customs office of Thessaloniki, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
For a recipient whose address is in Pronia, keep that place name in the address you enter.
Before sending a tribute to Zeitenlik, ask which gate is used for deliveries and whether somebody needs to be there to receive it.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Christofer, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Agios Dimitrios General Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
