Send flowers to Z.E.P. from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. A personal message accompanies the flowers on a free card, using exactly the words you provide. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For delivery on the same day in Z.E.P., the order needs to be placed before 14:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Any required building access code should accompany the order. An address in Alonia should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Aliakmon, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. For a guest at Hotel Katerina, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Ελευθερίου Βενιζέλου 38 is the listed address of Hotel Aliakmon; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When ordering for a recipient at Kozani Town Hall, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
If the recipient’s address is in Gitia, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Il forno di Roma, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
You can also browse gift baskets, plants, chocolates and preserved roses, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
