You do not need to be in La Libertad to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Same-day orders for La Libertad close at 14:00 local time. Supply the full street address and postcode for the delivery town, and identify the recipient by their full name and contact telephone number. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. If the destination is in Barrio El Esfuerzo, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Monja Blanca, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation. 11 Calle is the listed address of Hotel Monja Blanca; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
For a delivery to a teacher at COLEGIO MIXTO PRIVADO ESMIRNA, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to E.O.R.M BARRIO LOS ALMENDROS, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at E.O.R.M. Barrio El Porvenir, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Católica, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For someone working at Aduana El Ceibo, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
An address in El Triunfo should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
