Send your flower order for Cuyuni-Mazaruni online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
If you cannot visit a guest at Palm Spring Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. If you are sending to a guest of Aruwai White H20 Resort, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For a guest at Rockville Hotel, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Palm Spring Hotel has a listed address of 3rd Avenue 20-22; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Paruima School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. A delivery for Three Miles Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at Two Miles Primary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at Bartica Full Gospel Church, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. When a funeral service is held at Bartica Seventh-day Adventist Church, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Byderabo SDA Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at Bartica Magistrate's Court should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Pam's Family Circle Restaurant and Bar, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
