Send your flower order for Caracol online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. For payment, checkout uses your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Same-day orders for Caracol close at 15:00 local time. The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. When entering an address in Caracol Ekam Développement, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
When several people are giving the flowers together at Ecole Presbyterale Sainte Elizabeth de Caracol, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Eglise Adventiste de Jacquesyl, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Eglise Anglicane de cracol, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Eglise Eben-Ezer, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check whether Bureau du Casec de Jacquesyl accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
For a recipient whose address is in Carrefour Landjez, keep that place name in the address you enter.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Bon gout Shalom, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
