A flower order for Fort Liberté can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

The order must be placed before 15:00 local time for same-day flowers in Fort Liberté. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. When entering an address in Nan Dagwe, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are sending to a guest of BayahaHotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. Before ordering for a guest at Le Relais Hotel, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
For a delivery to a teacher at Collège Saint-Eugène de Maznod de Fort-Liberté, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Collège Saint-Joseph de Fort-Liberté? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
Flowers for a service at Eglise Baptiste de Garde Saline are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Eglise Baptiste de Romeo, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. If the service takes place at Eglise IMO de Fort-Liberté, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Le Gîte Hôtel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
Address flowers for someone at Bureau d'Assistance Légale with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
An address in Terrasse should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at He Bien, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
