For a recipient in Las Palmas, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. You pay online in your own currency. Write your message for the included card, free of charge and without changes to your wording. Check the wording and names before submitting the order, and include your signature or the names of the people sending the gift so the sender is clear.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. An address in Barrio La Julia should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Sending to a patient at Clinica dental calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order. If you are sending flowers to someone at Clinicas Medicentro, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Escuela 10 de Septiembre, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at Escuela Bilingüe Palmeras, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at Escuela Policarpo Paz García, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Iglesia Bautista El Buen Pastor, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Iglesia Católica Santísima Trinidad, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Iglesia El faro, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Omega Tours Eco-Jungle Lodge should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Clinica Medica PROMES, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
An order for a staff member at Ministerio Publico should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
Where the delivery address includes Colonia La Pradera, retain the locality when filling in the order.
For a table booked at Pizza Hut, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Sending to Carnaval? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Guacamayos Backpackers, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
