You can order flowers for Kam Tin online from another country, with local preparation and delivery. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. An address in Tung Tau Industrial Area should retain that locality alongside the other delivery details.
Before sending flowers to Pok Oi Hospital Tang Pui King Memorial College, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Lo Kon Ting Memorial College is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Anchors Academy Primary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
For a service at Salvation Army Kam Tin Corps and Bradbury Community Centre, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at YWAM Harbour City, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Ling Wan Monastery, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
An order for a staff member at District Survey Office, Yuen Long should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
A delivery timed for a meal at Oi-Shi-Sushi needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
