You do not need to be in Holloko to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Check that Castellum Hotel Hollókő can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them. Sport utca 14 is the listed address of Castellum Hotel Hollókő; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Flowers for a service at Tours-i Szent Márton-templom are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before placing a workplace order for Szécsényi Közös Önkormányzati Hivatal Hollókői Kirendeltsége, ask whether personal deliveries are accepted and give the organisation and recipient’s department.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Muskátli Vendéglő, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
Other listed options include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
