You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send flowers to Reykjanesbær from another country; the arrangement is made and delivered locally. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card. Minningarsteinn um Sveinbjörn Egilsson is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Minnisvarði um Jón Þorkelsson in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. For a building with coded access, supply the entry code at checkout. For an address in Ásbrú, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
For a guest at Berg, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation. Check that Hotel Grásteinn can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
Sending flowers to someone at Heiðarskóli? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Njarðvíkurskóli is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Church of St. John Paul II, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Kirkjuvogskirkja are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to a guest at Courtyard Reykjavik Keflavik Airport, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.
Before sending to a workplace such as Ráðhús, check acceptance and include the organisation and department in the address.
When entering an address in Dalshverfi, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Olsen Olsen Diner, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
