For a delivery to a teacher at Government Lower Primary School Mullikulangara, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at chettikulangara, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at St. Mary's Cathedral, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Marthoma Syrian Church are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at The Royal Gardens should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
