Send flowers to someone in Asrikaton without being there yourself: ordering is online, with preparation and delivery handled locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. The online payment is made in your own currency. The card is included in the order, and your message is printed exactly as written. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

For the delivery address, provide the recipient’s full name and telephone number along with the street, house number, postcode and town. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Arjosari.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Grand Cakra Malang, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. For a guest at Hotel Royal Inn, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A delivery for SD Plus Al Kautsar is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. For a delivery to a teacher at SMK Ardjuna 2, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to SMP Ardjuna, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
Flowers for a service at GPIB Getsemani Malang are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Masjid Al-Amin, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Masjid Al-Khoirot, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Kost Warna Pakis, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Rumah Sakit Angkatan Udara, and address the order to the hospital itself.
An order for a staff member at IT Departement - PPPPTK BOE Malang should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
If the destination is in Cemorokandang, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at Ayam Benjos, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
