A flower order for Gajah Sakti can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Gajah Sakti is 14:30 local time. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Where access depends on a door code, include that code in the order details.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Fajar, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name. A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Malahayati should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
When several people are giving the flowers together at SD Negeri 40 Mandau, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at SMA Cendana, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for SMA Negeri 2 Mandau is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Masjid Istiqlal, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Masjid Raya, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Masjid Raya Arafah, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Hotel Az-Zura, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
For someone working at Kantor Kelurahan Air Jamban, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Jasmine Cafe & Resto, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
