A flower order for Gergunung can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Cagar Budaya Watu Sigong is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door. People locate the town by Kabupaten Klaten in conversation, but an order is matched to a street and a postcode, so give the full address of the destination.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Hotel Rochmad, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. Check with Hotel Srikandi before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
For a delivery to a teacher at SD Negeri 2 Gayamprit, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. A delivery for SMK Petrus Kanisius Klaten is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to SMP Negeri 2 Jatinom, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Masjid Al Falah, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Masjid Al Mu'min Polres Klaten, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Masjid Kroman, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Before ordering for a guest at Hotel Bima, ask the hotel about flower deliveries and confirm the reservation name.
When the recipient is at Rumah Sakit Cakra Husada Klaten, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
Ask about personal flower deliveries at GEDUNG PEMDA 2 (BAPPEDA & DISOSNAKERTRANS), then identify the organisation and recipient’s department on the order.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Soto Seger Hj. Fatimah, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
