Send your flower order for Kota Alam online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
Before sending flowers to SD Negeri 1 Rejosari, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Universitas Muhamadiyah Kotabumi (UMKO), write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
When a funeral service is held at Majid Nurul Ikhsan, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Masjid Al-Amanah, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Masjid An Nur are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Hotel Cahaya, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
Before arranging flowers for someone at RS CMC, check acceptance with the hospital and ward, then provide the institution’s complete address.
Address flowers for someone at Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Angkringan Modern, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
