Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Before sending flowers to SD Negeri 1 Belinyu, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. When several people are giving the flowers together at SMP, SMA, SMK Yayasan Pendidikan Nasional, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. Flowers for a service at Avalokitesvara Kuto Panji Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. If the service takes place at GPIB Jemaat Immanuel, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Gereja Katolik Santa Perawan Maria, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
