A flower order for Namrole can be placed from abroad, with a local florist handling the arrangement and delivery. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You pay online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Include the full delivery address and postcode, the recipient’s name and a phone number the florist can use if details need checking. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Penginapan Ozan, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. For flowers addressed to a guest at Penginapan Sartika 2, first ask the hotel whether it accepts deliveries and use the guest’s reservation name in the order.

Flowers for a service at Eben Heazer are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Masjid An-Nur, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Masjid Jami Desa Lektama, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.

The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
