You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Pantaimakmur. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. You can complete payment online using your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Acacia.
Before sending flowers to SD Santo Yusup, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Sekolah Islam Annur? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. A delivery for Sekolah Islam Taruma Insani is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Masjid Ar-Roji, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Masjid Jami Al Hidayah, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. When a funeral service is held at Masjid Jamie Attaufiq Walhidayah, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When the recipient is at Tarumajaya Hospital, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
An order for a staff member at Kantor Desa Pusaka Rakyat should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
For an address in Baltic, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Warung Makan Bu Mendung, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
