You do not need to be in Ranai Kota to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Payment is taken online in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Remember to include the entry code if the destination requires one.
If you cannot visit a guest at Wisma Star Inn, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. If you are sending to a guest of De Best Hotel, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A flower order for someone staying at Mira should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. For an order addressed to Wisma Star Inn, the listed location is Jl. Jenderal Sudirman No.07, Ranai Kota, Kec. Bunguran Tim., Kabupaten Natuna, Kepulauan Riau 29783 7; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
Before sending flowers to SMA Negeri 2 Bunguran Timur, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
When a funeral service is held at Masjid Agung Natuna, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at Klenteng FUK DE CHI, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Masjid Al-Mukarramah are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Sending to a patient at Natuna Hospital calls for a check with their ward about flowers and the hospital’s complete delivery address on the order.
For someone working at Kantor Imigrasi Class II, confirm that flowers can be accepted and supply the organisation’s name and the relevant department.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
