A florist in Rato handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. The included card carries your personal message word for word, with no additional charge. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

Give the recipient’s full name, street and number, postcode and town, plus a contact phone number for address queries. Add the building’s entry code to the delivery details when a code is needed.
Sending to De Aussaf Hotel? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order. The location listed for De Aussaf Hotel is Jalan Raya; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for MIN 2 BIMA is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at MIN SUMI, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out. For a delivery to a teacher at MTSN Sape, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
For a service at MASJID AL MABRUR, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at MASJID AL MARHAMAH, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at MUSHOLLA NURUL MUBIN are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For flowers addressed to someone at Balai Desa Soro, give the organisation and department and confirm that personal deliveries are accepted.
For a table booked at Kedai Kerapung, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
