You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Sempusari. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Your own currency is used for payment at checkout. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.

For delivery on the same day in Sempusari, the order needs to be placed before 14:30 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
A flower order for a recipient at RSU Kaliwates needs the hospital’s own delivery address and a prior check with the ward about acceptance. If you are sending flowers to someone at Siloam Hospitals, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
Before sending flowers to Cahaya, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for MAN 2 Jember is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. When several people are giving the flowers together at SDK Maria Fatima, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
When a funeral service is held at Gereja Pantekosta, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Masjid Al Amin are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Masjid At Taqwa, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for RS Citra Husada, using the hospital’s own address for the destination.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bakmi GNI, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons. Check availability for the product you choose.
