You do not need to be in Sokoharjo to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The online payment is made in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.

Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Hotel Kencana should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. If the recipient is staying at Hotel Massagus, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
Sending flowers to someone at SD Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo Kampus 1? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. For a delivery to a teacher at SD Muhammadiyah Kutoarjo kampus 2, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Before sending flowers to SD NEGERI LUGU, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Gereja Yohanes Rasul, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Masjid Al Muttaqin are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. For a service at Masjid Al-Jihad, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Hanida, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
When the recipient is at Puskesmas Kutoarjo, the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
When ordering for a recipient at Kantor Desa Majir, check acceptance of personal deliveries and include the organisation and department in the details.
Before ordering flowers for a celebration at Bakso Pak SUKAR, check that the restaurant can keep them until the party arrives, and give the booking name so staff can match them to the right table.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants, chocolates, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
