For a recipient in Cloyne, you can place the order from abroad and have the flowers prepared locally for delivery. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Place your order online and pay in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.

When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order.
Sending to Barnabrow House? Check acceptance with the hotel and put the reservation name on the order.
When a funeral service is held at St. Colman's Cathedral, Cloyne, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. For a service at St Colman's Catholic Church, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Church of the Mother of God, An Sáilín are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you cannot visit a guest at Ballymaloe Country House Hotel, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at Great Wall Restaurant, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
The listed gift categories include dried flowers, silk flowers, gift baskets, plants, chocolates, perfumes, wine, champagne, preserved roses, cakes and balloons; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
