You do not need to be in Clarendon to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. Checkout lets you pay in your own currency. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from. Local landmarks such as Baillieston United Church Cemetary are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark.
The address details should identify the street and number, postcode and town, as well as the recipient’s full name and phone number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. Where the delivery address includes Crofts Hill, retain the locality when filling in the order.
A flower order for someone staying at Bridge Palm Hotel should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first. When addressing flowers to a guest at Dynasty Jamaica Hotel, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
Before sending flowers to Knox College, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. A delivery for Denbigh High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department.
For a service at Christ Temple Apostolic, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. If the service takes place at Kingdom Hall, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witness, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Alex's Guest House, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
An order for a staff member at Clarendon Poor Relief Department should include their organisation and department, with acceptance of flower deliveries checked beforehand.
When the destination is in Silent Hill, include the locality rather than leaving it out of the address.
For a table booked at Juici Patties, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants and chocolates. Check availability for the product you choose.
