You do not need to be in Riversdale to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. The order can be paid for online in your own currency. Your message is reproduced without changes on the complimentary card included with the order. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Provide the street, number, postcode and town together with the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. Address details for Cashew Walk should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
When entering an address in Prospect, include the locality as well as the street and postcode.
The listed gift categories include gift baskets, plants and chocolates; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
