You’ll pick the city and day on the product
You can send flowers to someone in Kagoshima even when you are in another country, with the arrangement prepared and delivered locally for your recipient. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as Burried shrine are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Site of Saigo Takamoris's death is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.

For delivery on the same day in Kagoshima, the order needs to be placed before 12:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Add any required entry code before submitting the order. For an address in Higashimatacho, include the locality together with the street, number and postcode.
Check with the ward at IWAO MEDICAL HOSPITAL before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery. Before sending to Imamura Hospital, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
A delivery for Hoshigamine-nishi elementary school is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Sending flowers to someone at Koyo elementary school? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. Before sending flowers to Murasakibaru elementary school, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free.
For a service at Matsubara-jinja Shrine, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Arata-hachimangu are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them. When a funeral service is held at Fudankoin, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check that Shiroyama hotel Kagoshima can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a thank-you addressed to staff at Tsukasa Health Care Hospital, check flower acceptance and the department’s delivery address before ordering.
Check whether Mishima Village Office accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
Address details for Matsubaracho should include the locality, street, number and postcode.
For a table booked at Hanamarūdon, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
For a guest at Hotel Hokke Club, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Solaria Nishitetsu Hotel Kagoshima, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
