A florist in Kawachinagano handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. Payment is taken online in your own currency. A free card message is included, with your wording kept exactly as you write it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else. Local landmarks such as KOYA-KAIDO are how the town is usually described, though a delivery is routed by street, number and postcode rather than by landmark. Kongō Temple is one of the places that identify the town; an order still needs the street, number and postcode to reach a door.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Kawachinagano is 12:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Provide the code needed to enter the building, where applicable. Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Chiyodadaicho.
If you cannot visit a guest at Kawachinagano-Sou, check flower acceptance with the hotel and use the reservation name when ordering. Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Nanten-en, after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. When addressing flowers to a guest at Obana Ryokan Fukitei, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel. You will find Kawachinagano-Sou listed at Suehiro-cho 3-25 Suehirocho; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
A delivery for Kagata Junior High School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Mikkaichi Elementary School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. For a delivery to a teacher at Tako Elementary School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person.
If the service takes place at Chiyoda Shrine, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. When a funeral service is held at Hachiman Shrine, confirm with the parish where flowers should be delivered and by what time they need to arrive. Flowers for a service at Iwawaki Temple are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Rouju Yasuragi Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Address flowers for someone at City Hall with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
For someone in Haracho 4-chome, use that locality name within the delivery address.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at Saizeriya, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
Other listed options include plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
Check with the ward at Teramoto Memorial Hospital before ordering flowers, and use the hospital’s own address for the delivery.
When the recipient is at Rapport Aoyama Second Hospital (Aoyama Daini Byōin), the destination should be the hospital’s full address, after confirmation that the ward accepts flowers.
