You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Send your flower order for Okayama online from abroad; preparation and delivery take place locally. For a personal gift, let the recipient’s tastes guide your choice of flowers and consider whether a relaxed, romantic or more formal style would suit them. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
For same-day flower delivery in Okayama, place your order before 12:00 local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. If the building requires an access code, provide it when placing the order. Include the locality name on an order addressed to someone in Funabashicho.
Check with Okayama International Hotel before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking. A flower order for someone staying at Washington Hotel Plaza should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
A delivery for Okayama Daianji Secondary School is normally received by the school office or the caretaker rather than by the person it is for, so give the recipient’s full name and, where there is one, the class or department. Before sending flowers to Okayama Ichinomiya High School, name the member of staff in full on the order; if there is no class to point to, the caretaker can hold the delivery until the recipient is free. Sending flowers to someone at Takeeda Elementary School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient.
If the service takes place at Buraku-ji Temple, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kibitsuhiko Shrine, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. Flowers for a service at Okayama Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. Use the order notes to explain any timing request.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If you are sending to a guest of Hotel Granvia Okayama, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation.
Ask whether flowers are accepted by the recipient’s ward at Japanese Red Cross Okayama Hospital, and address the order to the hospital itself.
Address flowers for someone at Okayama City Office with the organisation and department clearly identified, after checking that personal deliveries are accepted.
Keep the locality on the order when the recipient’s address is in Kawairi.
A delivery timed for a meal at Bikkuri Donkey needs the reservation name and the sitting; ask whether an earlier drop-off suits the restaurant better than one during service.
The listed gift categories include plants, chocolates and cakes; check the selected product’s availability when ordering.
If you are sending flowers to someone at Okayama Saiseikai Hospital, first check whether their ward accepts them and enter the hospital’s full delivery address.
