You’ll pick the city and day on the product
Ordering from abroad? A local florist prepares and delivers your flowers in Saitama. Choose the flowers with the recipient in mind, thinking about their personal tastes and the tone you want the gift to convey when it arrives. Pay for the flowers online, using your own currency at checkout. Add your personal message to the free card; your words are kept unchanged. Take a moment to review the names, spelling and signature before confirming, so the message you submit says what you intended and clearly identifies who it is from.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Saitama is 12:00, local time. When completing the delivery details, enter the recipient’s full name, street address, number, postcode and town, together with a contact telephone number. When the entrance uses a code, add it before completing the order. If the recipient’s address is in Nakacho, keep that locality in the full delivery address.
Check the flower policy of the relevant ward before ordering for JCHOさいたま北部医療センター, using the hospital’s own address for the destination. For a patient at Saitama Citizens Medical Center, ask the relevant ward about flower deliveries before ordering and use the hospital’s address as the destination.
For a delivery to a teacher at Iwatsuki High School, write the name in full and add the class or year group where you know it; the office or the caretaker usually takes the delivery in, so the clearer the name, the surer it reaches the right person. Sending flowers to someone at Omiya High School? Say plainly who they are for — the teacher’s full name, and the class if there is one — because whoever signs at the door is rarely the recipient. When several people are giving the flowers together at Urawa High School, put every name on the card message: it is written exactly as you type it and nobody has to be left out.
For a service at Saitama-ken Gokoku Shrine, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed. For a service at Enjouin temple, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. Flowers for a service at Tsuki Jinja Shrine are usually taken in beforehand; the parish office can say how early the church is able to receive them.
If a flower is unavailable, its replacement keeps the style and is of equal or greater value.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
Check with Hotel Metropolitan Saitama-Shintoshin before sending flowers for a guest, and supply the name on the booking.
Before sending to Saitama Prefectural Children's Medical Center, confirm flower acceptance with the ward and enter the hospital’s own delivery address.
Check whether Urawa Ward Office accepts flowers for staff before ordering, and include the organisation and any department in the delivery details.
If the destination is in Murakuni, retain the locality name as part of the full address.
For a table booked at Olive Hill, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
Check that APA Hotel can accept flowers for the guest before ordering, using the reservation name to identify them.
For a guest at Palace Hotel Omiya, confirm that the hotel accepts flower deliveries and provide the name used for the reservation.
