You do not need to be in Seiyo to order: a local florist prepares and delivers flowers sent from abroad. Think about the person receiving the flowers when making your choice, from their preferred style to whether the gift is personal or sent on behalf of others. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Include a personal card message at no extra cost, with the wording reproduced exactly as you enter it. Before confirming the order, check the spelling of names and sign the message as you want the recipient to read it, especially when ordering for someone else.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
To order flowers for same-day delivery in Seiyo, use the destination’s 12:00 local cutoff. Complete the order with the destination’s street address, number, postcode and town, adding the recipient’s full name and contact telephone number. Supply any necessary door code as part of the delivery instructions.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Matsuya Ryokan, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted.
If the service takes place at 43 Meiseki-ji, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it. For a service at Kongoji 金剛寺, ask which entrance is used for flowers and how early a tribute should be there. For a service at Long tooth Jizo Bodhisattva Hall, ask whether the flowers should be there before the family arrives, and where in the church they are placed.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
A flower order for someone staying at Akehamāre Hall.(Akehama Seasid Sun Park Co., Ltd.) should use the booking name; check acceptance with the hotel first.
If you are planning flowers for a meal at DINING-KITCHEN蔵, ask the restaurant whether it can accept the delivery and give the reservation name and meal date when discussing arrangements; do not assume that flowers can be left on the table before the guests arrive.
