You’ll pick the city and day on the product
A florist in Tohoku handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. When you complete the order, you pay online in your own currency. There is no charge for the accompanying card, which uses your message exactly as supplied. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
The same-day ordering cutoff in Tohoku is 12:00, local time. Before submitting, include the recipient’s full name and phone number together with the destination’s street, number, postcode and town. Add any required entry code before submitting the order.
A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for Tohoku Onsen, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. When addressing flowers to a guest at Sakura Onsen, supply the booking name and confirm acceptance with the hotel.
If a flower in the chosen arrangement is unavailable, the florist may use a replacement of equal or greater value while preserving the style of the arrangement.
A preferred delivery time can be requested, but it is not a guaranteed appointment, so an order should not be planned around arrival at an exact hour. If timing matters for the occasion, describe it in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
If the recipient is staying at Ryokan Suimei, ask about flower delivery arrangements and give the name on their reservation.
If the flowers are meant as a surprise at OGA-YA, say so when you book: staff can usually keep them out of sight until the moment you have in mind.
You can also browse plants, chocolates and cakes, subject to the availability of your chosen product.
