A florist in Al-Ḥayy handles the arrangement and delivery when you order from abroad. When choosing the flowers, consider the recipient’s tastes and whether you want the gift to feel personal, formal or understated for the person receiving it. At checkout, the order is paid online in your own currency. Your order includes a card at no extra cost, carrying your message without edits. Read the message through before confirming your order, checking personal names and adding the signature you want the recipient to see when they open the card.
Select a city to see local florists & same-day delivery options
Allow for the time difference when ordering: the same-day deadline in Al-Ḥayy is 16:00 local time. Use the full destination address on the order: street and number, postcode and town, followed by the recipient’s name and contact number. Include an entry code with the order if one is required to access the building.
Use the reservation name for a delivery addressed to Asad apt., after checking that the hotel can accept flowers. If you are sending to a guest of Crowne Plaza, check the hotel’s arrangements for accepting flowers and address the order using the name on the reservation. A guest’s reservation name should accompany an order for little petra heritage village, after you have checked with the hotel that a flower delivery can be accepted. The location listed for Asad apt. is Queen Rania street; ask the hotel which entrance or reception point should be used when arranging the delivery.
If the service takes place at Great Mosque of Wadi Musa, the tribute usually goes to the church rather than to the family’s home; confirm the time with whoever is arranging it.
An unavailable flower may be replaced with one of equal or greater value in the same style.
You may request a preferred delivery time, but an exact hour is not guaranteed: the request is a preference rather than a booked delivery appointment. Add timing preferences in the order notes.
You can pay online with Visa, Mastercard, American Express or PayPal.
If the recipient is not home, the florist usually contacts them to discuss the delivery; a further delivery attempt may be arranged.
For someone who is travelling, use a hotel, workplace or home address where they will be after arrival, rather than trying to meet them mid-journey; confirm where the recipient will actually be on the intended date before choosing the delivery destination, especially when their plans include a change of hotel or an onward journey.
For a table booked at Alqantarah, flowers are usually handed over at reception rather than carried to the table, so agree with the restaurant beforehand when and where they should arrive.
Other listed options include gift baskets, plants, chocolates and cakes. Check availability for the product you choose.
